Is Kiddy Karat jewellery made from real gold?
Yes. Kiddy Karat jewellery is made using 9KT, 14KT, 18KT gold, as specified on each product page. Applicable gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked wherever required under applicable regulations.

Our jewellery is designed with careful attention to comfort, finishing, detailing and child-friendly wearability, making every piece special for both the child and the family.
Do you offer customised jewellery?
Yes. We offer customised and personalised jewellery featuring names, initials, dates, engravings, symbols, drawings and other meaningful details.
Customised pieces are created especially for you and generally require 20–25 working days for production, excluding shipping time.
What is the delivery time?
For orders within India:
Ready-to-Ship: Generally 3–7 working days from dispatch.
Made-to-Order: Approximately 20–25 working days for production, plus shipping time.
Customised Jewellery: Approximately 20–25 working days for production after final design approval and payment, plus shipping time.
International delivery generally takes approximately 15–20 working days from dispatch for Ready-to-Ship jewellery. Customs clearance and other destination-country requirements may affect delivery timelines.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery only for eligible orders within Nagpur, subject to serviceability and applicable order conditions.
For orders outside Nagpur, online payment is required.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, eligible orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch.
For customised, personalised, engraved or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Eligible Ready-to-Ship jewellery may be returned within 3 days of delivery and exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the applicable policy and quality inspection.
Customised, personalised, engraved, made-to-order and bespoke jewellery is generally not eligible for return or exchange once production has commenced.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
For an approved return, the refund is generally processed within 10–15 working days after the jewellery has been received and successfully cleared our quality inspection.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Eligible Kiddy Karat jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship-related issues, subject to inspection and the terms of our Warranty & Repair Policy.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft, improper care, or unauthorised repairs or alterations.
How should I care for my Kiddy Karat jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:
Remove it before sleeping, swimming, bathing, sports and rough play.
Keep it away from perfumes, creams, sanitizers, chemicals and excessive moisture.
Store each piece safely in its original Kiddy Karat box.
Avoid pulling, bending, twisting or applying excessive force.
Check clasps, chains and fastenings regularly before your child wears the jewellery.
For younger children, adult supervision is recommended while wearing jewellery.
Do you offer a buyback facility?
Yes. We offer a buyback facility on eligible Kiddy Karat jewellery after 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to verification, physical inspection and our Buyback Policy.
For eligible gold jewellery, the buyback value is calculated primarily on the eligible net gold weight and Kiddy Karat gold rate on the date the buyback is approved. Making charges, GST paid at the time of purchase, stones, enamel, packaging and other non-gold components are not included in the gold buyback value.
For eligible lab-grown diamonds, the buyback value is 80% of the prevailing market price of the lab-grown diamond at the time of buyback, subject to evaluation and applicable terms.
Approved buyback value is generally provided as a Kiddy Karat credit note, rather than a cash refund.
Can I use my buyback value to purchase another Kiddy Karat piece?
Yes. Approved buyback value is generally issued as Kiddy Karat credit and can be used towards another eligible Kiddy Karat purchase.
If the new jewellery has a higher value, the difference can be paid separately by the customer.
Can I buy jewellery as a gift?
Absolutely. Kiddy Karat jewellery is designed to make beautiful gifts for birthdays, first birthdays, baby showers, milestones, achievements and other special occasions.
If you are purchasing a gift, we recommend checking the design and size carefully before placing the order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs and/or a video of the jewellery, packaging and shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product sent by Kiddy Karat, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Can children wear Kiddy Karat jewellery safely?
Kiddy Karat jewellery is thoughtfully designed for children, with comfort and finishing in mind. However, jewellery remains a delicate product and should be worn responsibly.
For younger children, we recommend adult supervision. Jewellery should be removed during sleep, sports, swimming, bathing and rough play.
If your child experiences any irritation or discomfort, remove the jewellery immediately and contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Kiddy Karat ships to selected international destinations.
International shipping times and charges vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the customer.
