01. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date.
02. Products & Pricing
- All Kiddy Karat products are subject to availability.
- Product specifications, designs, materials, sizes and availability may change from time to time.
- Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added or included as specified at the time of purchase.
- Product photographs are for representation purposes. There may be slight differences in colour, finish, proportions or appearance due to photography, lighting and screen settings.
- Jewellery may have minor variations in weight, dimensions, finish or enamel shade due to the nature of handcrafted production.
- Kiddy Karat reserves the right to correct any inadvertent errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability or other information displayed on the website.
03. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available on our website.
- Your order will be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been communicated to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order in circumstances such as incorrect pricing or product information, product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
- If an order is cancelled by Kiddy Karat after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
04. Customised & Personalised Jewellery
Kiddy Karat offers personalised and customised jewellery created according to individual customer requirements.
For customised orders:
- Production will begin only after the required payment and final design approval.
- Customers are responsible for carefully checking names, spellings, dates, initials, measurements, engravings and other personalised details before approving the design.
- Once production has started, customised, personalised, engraved, made-to-order and bespoke jewellery generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
- Minor variations may occur due to the nature of the production process.
- Any changes requested after production has started may not always be possible and may result in additional costs or changes to the delivery timeline.

05. Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines communicated to you.
However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product type, production time, courier service, customs procedures and other external circumstances.
Kiddy Karat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

06. Cancellation, Return & Exchange
Our cancellation, return and exchange terms are governed by the respective Kiddy Karat policies.
In general:
- Cancellation requests must be made before an order is dispatched, wherever applicable.
- Customised, personalised, engraved, made-to-order and bespoke jewellery may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has started.
- Eligible returns and exchanges are subject to the condition of the jewellery and the applicable timelines specified in our policies.
- Jewellery that has been worn, damaged, altered, resized or repaired outside Kiddy Karat may not be eligible for return or exchange.

07. Product Authenticity
Kiddy Karat is committed to providing authentic jewellery and accurate product information.
- Applicable gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked, and 925 sterling silver is hallmarked wherever required under applicable regulations.
- Relevant certification or authenticity documentation will be provided for applicable products.
- Product specifications, purity, gemstone or diamond details will be as stated in the applicable product description, invoice or certification.
- Customers should retain their invoice and certificates as they may be required for future servicing, exchange or buyback.
08. Jewellery Care & Safety
Kiddy Karat jewellery is designed especially for children, but jewellery remains delicate and requires appropriate care.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children wear jewellery safely and appropriately.
We recommend removing jewellery during sleep, sports, rough play, swimming, bathing and other activities where the jewellery may be exposed to excessive force, moisture or chemicals.

09. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to Kiddy Karat and its products is owned by Vyana Fine Jewels, with appropriate rights and permissions.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use Kiddy Karat's designs, photographs, content, branding or other intellectual property without prior written permission from Vyana Fine Jewels, the parent company of Kiddy Karat.
Unauthorised use may result in appropriate legal action.
10. User Responsibilities
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website.
- Misuse our website, services or payment systems.
- Copy or misuse our intellectual property.
- Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

13. Buyback
Kiddy Karat may offer a buyback facility for eligible jewellery, subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, valuation and conditions stated in our Buyback Policy.
A buyback is not the same as a refund of the original purchase price.
The final buyback value is determined after verification and physical assessment of the jewellery and in accordance with the applicable buyback terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, matters arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
15. Changes to These Terms
Kiddy Karat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page. The updated version will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
