Kiddy Karat jewellery is made using 9kt, 14kt, 18kt and 22kt gold and 925 sterling silver, as specified on the respective product page or purchase documentation. Applicable gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked wherever required under applicable regulations.
As jewellery may involve handcrafted finishing, minor variations in weight, dimensions, texture, finish, colour or enamel shade may occur and should not necessarily be considered a defect.
Product images shown on the website are intended for representation. Actual colours, proportions or appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device screen.
Customised and personalised jewellery may have minor variations resulting from the nature of the design, production process and materials used.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, public holidays or other circumstances beyond Kiddy Karat's reasonable control.
Kiddy Karat is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to jewellery after successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Jewellery is a delicate product and should be handled with appropriate care. Damage resulting from rough use, accidental damage, improper handling, negligence or failure to follow the recommended care instructions may not be covered under our return, exchange, warranty or service policies.

02. Product Use & Child Safety

Kiddy Karat jewellery is created especially for children, with comfort and thoughtful design in mind. However, jewellery is still a precious and delicate product and should be used responsibly.

Children's jewellery should be worn under adult supervision, particularly by younger children.
Jewellery should be removed during sleeping, rough play, sports, swimming, bathing and other water-based activities, unless specifically advised otherwise for a particular product.
Parents or guardians should regularly check clasps, locks, chains, hooks and other fastening components before allowing a child to wear the jewellery.
Jewellery should not be pulled, stretched, twisted, bent or subjected to excessive force.
If any component becomes loose, damaged or broken, discontinue use and contact Kiddy Karat rather than attempting to repair it yourself.
Kiddy Karat is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss or damage arising from improper use, unsupervised use, rough handling or failure to follow product care and safety instructions.

Safety comes first. Our jewellery is made especially for little ones, but adult supervision remains an important part of safe jewellery use.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
In the event of an inadvertent pricing, description, specification or inventory error, Kiddy Karat reserves the right to correct the information and, where necessary, cancel or modify an affected order in accordance with applicable law and our order policies.
For customised jewellery, final specifications will be based on the design and details approved by the customer before production.
Once a customer approves a personalised design, spelling, name, date, engraving, size or other custom detail, Kiddy Karat will proceed based on that approval.
